Nancy Mangum and Theresa Gibson founded Leading EDge Learning to support K-12 educators in narrowing achievement and opportunity gaps. As educators, Nancy, Theresa, and our valued team member, Darren Hudgins, understand the need for high-quality professional learning. Drawing upon nearly 30 years of experience in education, we engage in projects to rethink what educational institutions can do to apply learning science and research-based practices to better support and empower all learners.

Leading EDge Learning uses an in-depth approach, partnering with schools to understand emerging problems, operationalize effective change, and elevate knowledge gained to support K-12 public schools. Our team works alongside each organization’s leadership to design and deliver custom professional learning and consulting services that meet their unique needs.
